  • When will my order ship?

    We ship orders Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Orders placed after 8:00 AM Central Time on a shipping day will ship on the next scheduled shipping day.

  • How long does shipping take?

    Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location and the carrier. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships. Please account for any delays during peak holiday seasons.

  • Do you ship internationally or offer local pickup?

    At this time, we do not offer international shipping or local pickup.

  • Can I return or exchange my order?

    All food products sold by The Royal Hound are final sale and non-returnable. We cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has left our facility. This policy ensures product safety and compliance with health regulations. If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 3 days of delivery at shop.theroyalhound@gmail.com for assistance.

  • Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

    If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has been packed or shipped, we may not be able to make adjustments.

  • What if the item I want is out of stock?

    If a product is listed as out of stock, it’s temporarily unavailable. We restock regularly, so check back soon or contact us to find out when it will be available again. You can also join our mailing list to receive updates on new products and restocks.
